Commit to the future of NSDAR

The Power of Giving

The members of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution have a long tradition of selfless giving in support of the mission of Historic Preservation, Education and Patriotism. The Society’s achievements throughout its history have been significant, and they have occurred only through the stewardship of Daughters like you. Please take this opportunity to review the many giving opportunities that DAR has to offer. The needs fulfilled with your financial support are inspiring and your continued generosity will sustain the Society into the future.
Honoring Our Heritage, Focusing on the Future, Celebrating America! The President General's Project is supporting the restoration of the NSDAR historic buildings; promoting membership; advancing NSDAR's technological capabilities; enhancing awareness of the DAR; and funding community grants for historic preservation, education and patriotism.
The 1890 Annual Giving Circle commemorates the founding of the NSDAR and provides monetary support to the General Fund, providing for the mission, programs, and day-to-day needs of the National Society.

The Benefits of Giving

Every Daughter is different, yet we all have a shared goal: to support Historic Preservation, Education and Patriotism. From volunteering time to making monetary contributions, there are an abundance of ways to promote the work of the NSDAR tailored to your giving style. To reflect these varied ways of supporting the NSDAR, we offer two giving clubs: Founders Club and Heritage Club.
The Heritage Club was started in 1998 for donors who have cumulatively given $500 or more since its founding. These gifts to the NSDAR programs that support our mission of Historic Preservation, Education, and Patriotism, can include cash, securities, property, and other items with an appraised value of $500 or more.
Membership in the Founders Club is open to all members and friends who make a bequest in a will or trust, life insurance policy or retirement plan, or a Charitable Gift Annuity with the NSDAR as a primary beneficiary.
