Historical Significance:

This pre-Civil War residence was converted to a DAR Chapter house with a local history museum and library. It contains historical documents and articles depicting early Orleans County life.

Acknowledgements: The Patriot's House is owned, operated, and maintained by the Orleans Chapter, NSDAR. The Chapter holds two open houses per year for the public to tour this historic property. They also operate it as a museum and library.
