Historical Significance:

In 1862 William Dee built this cabin for his family. By 1910 this cabin was the last unaltered log cabin in Rochester. The DAR spearheaded a drive to save the cabin.

Acknowledgements: Rochester Chapter DAR has provided volunteers and support donations. In 2011, a NSDAR grant helped to restore the cabin.
