DAR Store Policies On Returned, Damaged or Lost Items
RETURN POLICY:
Customers of the DAR Store may return unused or new items within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit slip. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, and any special wrapping or packaging which is unique to the items must be intact (special wrapping or packaging does not refer to the mailing boxes or wrapping, but to the container the items is sold in).
POLICY FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT/MAILING:
If items are damaged during shipment or mailing, customers are required to notify the DAR store immediately upon receipt and return the damaged items within 30 days. If the item is returned because it was damaged during shipment or delivery, a replacement, full refund or credit slip will be awarded as long as the item is returned within the stated 30 days time period.
POLICY FOR ITEMS NOT DELIVERED/LOST:
Customers must notify the DAR Store within 60 days of shipment regarding supplies/materials/items which were not received or are considered lost in the mail. A replacement, full refund or credit slip will be issued if notification is received within 60 days. If notification is not received within 60 days, the supplies/materials/items will not be replaced or refunded and will not qualify for a credit.
NOTE:
Please Note: There is a $15.00 minimum on all orders placed through the NSDAR Online Shopping section. Orders less than $15.00 will not be processed.
