Description
The Artist Reception at the Mesquite Fine Arts Center is a monthly community event that features artwork submitted by local artists based on a designated theme. In 2024, the Virgin Valley Chapter, NSDAR, partnered with the Mesquite Fine Arts Center to designate the June 2026 theme as America 250!, commemorating the nation’s Semiquincentennial.
On June 18, 2026, the Virgin Valley Chapter will sponsor the Artist Reception. Local artists will be invited to submit America 250!–themed artwork for public display and community judging. The Virgin Valley Chapter will also present a Sponsor’s Choice Award to the artwork that best reflects the spirit and significance of America’s 250th anniversary.
This event is free, from 4pm to 6pm.
