Volunteers from the John Abston Chapter, NSDAR, in conjunction with the North Texas Chapters of the National Society Sons of the American Revolution (NSSAR), are hosting a series of fun and interactive events for members of the local community in celebration of America 250!
The America 250! Colonial Experience will feature a photo booth with a choice of American hats and flags with a patriotic background, Martha Washington's and Thomas Jefferson's favorite cookies, give-a-ways, and an opportunity for children to sign a copy of the Declaration of Independence.
This event is free and open to the public.
