The Flower Mound Chapter, NSDAR, is proud to present the American Revolution Experience, a traveling exhibit that brings the Revolutionary War era vividly to life. Explore diverse perspectives of the Revolution—from patriots and loyalists to enslaved individuals and Indigenous peoples—and discover Texas' unique and important role in the fight for American independence.
The exhibit will be on display at the Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square from July 27 through August 12, 2026, and is open to the public free of charge. Join the Flower Mound Chapter NSDAR for a special Opening Celebration on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM—all are welcome!
This exhibit is part of DAR's America 250! initiative, through which the Daughters of the American Revolution is commemorating the 250th anniversary of American independence (1776–2026). The Flower Mound Chapter is honored to bring this national celebration to our local community, connecting Texans of all ages to the living history and enduring legacy of the American Revolution.
