Description
To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in 2026, artist Stefan Romero is leading "America’s Tapestry," a traveling exhibition featuring thirteen hand-embroidered panels representing the original colonies, created in partnership with historical organizations and the Embroidery Guild of America. The Delaware panel highlights Patriot Major Henry Fisher of Lewes, who protected the Delaware Bay, and will be featured in a public, hands-on stitching event hosted by the Col. David Hall Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution on February 28, 2026, at the Maull House.
