DAR Headquarters, including the DAR Museum and DAR Library, will be closed to the public on Saturday, June 13 
due to street closures and access restrictions connected with an area event. Additionally, street traffic and parking 
in the area will be significantly restricted in the days leading up to and following the weekend events.

Description
Join the Winnipesaukee Chapter, NSDAR, for a community celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and America’s 250th anniversary. The event will take place on Tuesday, July 7, at 2 p.m. on Memorial Field in Wolfeboro.

The program will feature the NH SAR Color Guard and patriotic music by the Piscataqua Junior Ranger Fife and Drum Band. A special dedication of a new America 250! monument will also take place, followed by light refreshments.

In case of inclement weather, the event will move indoors to the Great Hall of Wolfeboro Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Wolfeboro.
