Description
The Abilene Chapter, NSDAR, and the Konza Prairie SAR Chapter will join together to celebrate America's 250th anniversary with a patriotic parade float, led by the SAR Color Guard serving as Grand Marshal. DAR members will ride on the float and distribute American flag lapel pins attached to informational cards highlighting the mission of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the America 250! initiative. Spectators are invited to celebrate this milestone anniversary while learning more about the organizations' shared commitment to honoring our nation's founding and preserving its history.
