DAR Headquarters, including the DAR Museum and DAR Library, will be closed to the public on Saturday, June 13 
due to street closures and access restrictions connected with an area event. Additionally, street traffic and parking 
in the area will be significantly restricted in the days leading up to and following the weekend events.

The Elizabeth Zane Chapter, Buckhannon, WV will be participating in a combined America 250! celebration with the Buckhannon Convention and Visitors Bureau and Upshur County Commissioners in a public reading of the Declaration of Independence. Join us on the steps of the Upshur County Courthouse for this patriotic event which will include cake and patriotic giveaways. This is a free event.
