Dive into local details of the museum's new exhibition! New York City lighting firm Edward F. Caldwell and Co. Caldwell was founded in 1895 and remained in business until 1959 during which they made fixtures for some of the most important public buildings and private homes throughout the United States. This lecture will focus on the firm’s work in Washington, DC, which includes the DAR headquarters building, White House, Hillwood, Anderson House, and the Patterson House.
