There is much to see and do at DAR Headquarters! Visitors are encouraged to take a free docent tour of historic Memorial Continental Hall, or explore the building on their own. Those interested in researching their family's history are sure to lose themselves in the DAR Library, one of the largest genealogical libraries in the country. Experience the artistry and craftsmanship of America prior to the Industrial Revolution in the DAR Museum, which includes two galleries with permanent and changing exhibitions, as well as thirty-one period rooms which reflect a wide range of time and place. The DAR Americana Collection invites you to visit outstanding historical exhibits, which include rare manuscripts and imprints of our nation's past.
