Revolutionary Family Experience

Step back in time at the Adena Mansion & Gardens on June 13–14, 2026, for the America 250! Celebration with the Brigade of the American Revolution, Northwest Department. Experience the sights and sounds of the 18th century through artillery demonstrations, musket and rifle drills, soldier’s kit presentations, and period military music. Visitors can explore hands-on exhibits, children’s games, cooking demonstrations, and the role of women of the era. Don’t miss George Washington, Ben Franklin, a flag retirement ceremony, beer making and other engaging activities that bring early American history vividly to life. Hosted by the Nathaniel Massie Chapter of the NSDAR in partnership with the Ohio History Connection and support from local businesses and individuals.
