Historical Significance:
The William Gregory farm was the site of the barracks for militia stationed nearby at Fort Pine Hill in Clam Cove (now Glen Cove) area of Rockport, Maine, during the latter part of the Revolutionary War. Lady Knox land is the least historic, but gives opportunity to interact with the owners of that portion of the old farm, where town history records the barracks were located.
