Acknowledgements: Most recently, we have installed an accessibility ramp, wi-fi, replaced window treatment and installed a pollinator garden. We care for this property in a professional and loving manner. Past updates have included replacing the HVAC, roof replacement/repair, sidewalk and asphalt parking lot maintenance. We also provide and perform general facility maintenance including snow removal, landscaping, public safety and facility cleaning. We hold all chapter meetings in this facility. Moving forward in the near future, we hope to update the restroom facility to better provide accessibility, convert the garage into a meeting space with library storage and a more professional A/V system. We also have to address the flooring update on the first floor, some second floor plumbing concerns and the maid quarters could be updated as future projects. Other projects include an enhanced social media presence and new website.
