Historical Significance:
There are 30 Revolutionary War soldiers who are buried in unmarked graves in Montgomery County, Ohio. They were laid to rest in their family plots or small local cemeteries. Over time, these graveyards have become defunct. Mother Nature and progress have destroyed all markings for these soldiers. We, descendants and patriotic groups, can now recognize the service of these patriots. We selected this cemetery because of the beautiful setting and the other famous people buried here with these soldiers; Wright Brothers, Paul Laurence Dunbad, Erma Bombeck, Col. Deeds, Andrew Iddings, Charles Kettering, etc.
